- Is it a contract?
- No. It’s one payment for the 2026 season, through December 31. Nothing renews. Founding merchants get first right to the same rate for 2027.
- What do shoppers see?
- Your listing page (hours, map, Instagram, gift-card button, your gifts), your gifts in the Finder and Browse, and your gifts recommended by name inside the AI concierge.
- Do I need a website?
- No. Your listing is your page. Shoppers can call, get directions, tap your Instagram, or buy a gift card from it.
- How fast am I live?
- About 5 minutes. Fill in the form, pay, and your dashboard opens. Add your gifts whenever you have a quiet moment — your page is live either way.
- What if the concierge never recommends me?
- It picks from your gifts by recipient, interest, and budget, so the more specific your gifts, the more often you show up. Your dashboard shows exactly how often.
- What’s the guarantee?
- If we don’t publish your approved listing by launch day (November 20), we refund you in full. No forms.
